    I had success with the original HCG diet protocol a couple of years ago. I did really well keeping the weight off and then this past summer I got completely sidetracked and I’ve been gaining ever since. I’ve been putting off doing the original Simeons version of the HCG diet again because it was so miserable the first time. If the results weren’t so good I would have quit, but I lost a lot of weight. In researching recipe books as prep work for round 2, I stumbled upon HCG 2.0. Everything about this book made sense. The increased protein calories, the elimination of fruit, so many things about this book eased my stress about trying it again. I’m now 2 weeks in and I’m down 12 pounds and I’ve not been hungry at all. Dr. Z is right, weigh loss is not just about eliminating calories from your diet, it’s about giving your body the proper nutrition so your body will reward you by telling you it’s full. And his HCG diet drops worked great.
