Want to start.I probably done this diet successfully four times in the past 15 years. Success was great. I had fantastic healthy, eating habits afterwards and kept the weight off. Menopause came on and the last round I did was not successful. Since then, I am up a full 30 pounds from my standard adult weight and I am desperate. I have no problem following the protocol exactly I just want to know. Where can I get the drops or tablets or injections in Texas? Apparently my 28 BMI is not big enough for my insurance company to allow for a GLP1. Does it work? Yes does it reset my hypothalamus? yes. The key for me was maintaining healthy eating afterwards.
I have lost 6.4 lbs as of Day 7 of VLCD I received my Fast Patches yesterday but I won�t use them right now as I have to be in the right head space so to speak. But I am looking forward to it. I have gone from size 2X to 16 and will be moving into size 14 in a week or two. The local Food Bank is the recipient of my too big clothes as I do not intend to go back to my old weight!!! I for one like the progress. I'm using the new tablets and the appetite patches. I've lost 12 lbs in 12 days - this may be slow for some but I am a slow loser.I even used a GLP1 for 7 month and only lost 10lbs after spending $4k.
