The InsideOut Wellness HCG Patches contain our original HCG formula as provided in our HCG Drops, but are packaged into an entirely new and innovative delivery system. Remeber, hormones are very large molecules and are not readily absorbed via the Gastro-Instestinal Tract. The Drops are put under the tongue and absorbed via the oral cavity, but some can get lost via accidental swallowing. The doesn't happen with the patches. Everything is absorbed transdermally - much more efficient.

30-Day HCG Diet Patches
There are 2 layers to the Patch. The top is the holographic disk, the bottom is a band-aid type adhesive. Peel the patch off the white paper and attach to skin. Do not peel the holograph off the patch.
The Patches are applied over the left side of your body, anywhere from the waist up (the left upper chest or left shoulder area works well; some women prefer to wear on the left breast). Rotating the site of Patch placement minimizes the likelihood of skin irritation. The adhesive is hypo-allergenic (to minimize skin irritation).
Our Patches are not designed to be reapplied or reattached if you place it in the wrong spot. If you need to reapply a Patch or one falls off, use a waterproof band aid to attach it to the skin again.
The Patch begins to release energy as it is peeled off its backing. There are 10 Patches in each pack so each pack will provide you with a 30 day supply of Patches. It is OK to shower, swim, or exercise with the Patches on.
If skin irritation develops, and it’s not due to a tape you are using, the 1st step is to rotate the site of Patch. Step 2 is to flip the Patch over, shiny side down and adhesive side up, then secure the Patch in place with a band aid (in other words, the Patch can work up-sidedown).
With these patches you only need to place one patch your first day of loading. On your first day of very low calories, add another patch to the other side of your body. Day two of very low calorie, remove the loading patch. On day four, replace the patch and every 72 hours after that.
