Thank you everyone I love being in this group and have learnt so much. I found you a while ago after doing the original a couple of times and was struggling my body was so very hungry. I have regained all the weight I lost in those rounds during my hospital stay I had severe cellulitis infection which required me being on oral antibiotics for 28days after discharge. I am sure they played havoc with my system. So here I am 7 days on this wonderful phase two 8lbs down. I can't believe how easy it's been the mayo is yum. Thank you all so very much .
I can relate so well! I am on day 57 and have lost only 17 lbs. ( I know they dont recommend past 40 days!!) I was going to only go 40 but didnt reach my 15 lb weight loss in 40 days so I continued on until I lost the 15 which took me into like 50 plus days. Now that I am so close to the 60 days.
Is there something in HCG that helps mood? Everyone says I seem super happy lately ??..I do feel really good. Only lost 5lbs in 10 days, but if I keep up that pace I will get to my 15. But really, my mood is great!
Im on day 30 of phase 2 and down almost 10 pounds. Its the slowest, most frustrating round. Ive ever done, but Im consistently losing 1-4 ounces a day (a loss is a loss, right?!) Ive had to add 30 minutes on the treadmill, twice a day and cut back my water to the appropriate amount.I want to say thanks for all the content in here. Its super helpful and supportive. ??
I'm losing .75lbs a day for the past few weeks. I maybe could lose more if I cut it out. but I tweak recipes and still look at the macros. I'm happy with my progress. Stuff like this keeps my sanity and helps me stick to the course lol
