I have not started as yet. I read in the book it can cause hair loss. I need to wait for the supplement to arrive to prevent hair loss. It happened to me the last time
I dieted with HCG drops 2016. I have never been able to get my thick hair back. I will go back on the program, and hopefully the supple.ent will prevent hair loss. Going by Faith of the Authors suggestion.
At this point my only tip is to buy the hCG 2.0 book and get to reading. This is my first P2 with HCG 2.0. We had successful P2 rounds with traditional hCG, but it was miserable and P3 with the original protocol is equally as miserable. I started the book, skipped back to the chapters, outlining the food requirements and got to cooking. Honestly, I believe that�s why this round has been so successful so far. I actually haven�t gotten to the chapter on P3 yet lol. But I�ll let you know!
I went from 208.8 to 193.4 on a 30 day round of tabs. So I lost 15.4lbs. How long should I wait before starting another round? I�ve lost an additional 2 lbs since stopping the tabs. I�m still intermittent fasting because my body feel great during fasting and giving my digestive tract a rest and my hunger hasn�t bounced back. I read 3wks., but I�d like to start again sooner. Has anyone done this with success? Or should I just wait and give my body a rest?
I’ve been using HCG, and it really helps me avoid cravings. It’s so much easier to stick to my diet now 😍
