If you’re considering the HCG diet for weight loss, walking is the ideal exercise. You may have heard that exercise isn’t recommended for the HCG diet protocol, but considering the increase in protein on HCG 2.0, exercise is suggested. However, if the objective is weight loss, vigorous cardio isn’t the answer.
If you’re used to intense cardio workouts prior to starting your HCG diet, then continue. If you find yourself getting light-headed or uncomfortable, take a break and drink some water. By no means am I insinuating that cardio exercise is bad for you, whether on the HCG diet or not, but if the objective is weight loss, stick to brisk walking.
