P2 Jhen’s Meatloaf – So Tasty!!!
Makes 2 servings: You can eat with 2-3 oz veggies of choice as your side for 1 P2 meal.
Preheat oven to 350
For the Loaf: 8oz leanest ground beef I use 96/4 2 oz onion 2 cloves garlic 1 WASA cracker 1 T dehydrated onion Salt & Pepper
Put ground beef into mixing bowl Put onion into a bullet blender and blend until juicy Chop garlic in slices, keep kind of big chunks Crush Wasa Add spices and dehydrated onion Add all to beef and mix well with hands, form two long patties
For the Sauce: To same bullet blender you processed onion add 2 T Tomato Paste 1 T Braggs Aminos 1 T Apple Cider Vinegar 1 Packet Stevia
Divide sauce to cover loaves. Sprinkle with a little dried basil. Bake at 350 for about 30 min or until internal temp reaches 165.
