I’m just completing 30 days of injections and ordinal simeons 500 calorie protocol. I bought the kit from inside out and would like to continue P2 with the drops. Is this allowed and the higher ketosis plan by Dr. Zach. How long can I do P2? how many drops do I need to take since I was doing injections of 12ml injections a day of hcg. Help is needed!

Yes you can continue. You can do p2 no more than 60 days. You need to take .5ml three times a day
