I started making homemade aloe juice/water for my husband.
I don't add sugar, but I'm not sure about the content of the raw aloe itself.
I'm on week 1 of a new P2 round.
My question, is it ok to drink the aloe water during P2? I couldn't find anything in the book or online.
I make it:
1 part fresh aloe gel
4 parts water
Sweetleaf unflavored sweet drops
