I am new to the HCG 2.0 diet, but I have had success in the past with the original protocol. I am not finding with HCG 2.0 how long a round should be? Is there a minimum/maximum number of days? Is there a place I haven't found with the particular information on length of rounds, and time between rounds, etc? Please help, and thank you!
I love to mash up pork rinds because they are zero carbs and an egg and dip my meats or vegetables in this mix and air fry so it’s like breading. Is that allowed as long as I’m counting the calories and carbs?
