MCT Oil Mayonnaise – Perfect Recipe for Your HCG 2.0 Diet
Updated: Dec 28, 2021

If you’re unfamiliar with MCT oil, read the passage below taken from my book, HCG 2.0 – Don’t Starve, Eat Smart and Lose; A Modern Adaptation of the Traditional HCG Diet.
MCT Oil – MCT stands for medium-chain triglyceride. It’s tasteless oil that is more readily absorbed by the GI than traditional oils. It’s also been linked to promoting weight loss. Clinical studies published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition suggest that small changes in the quality of fat intake can be useful to enhance weight loss. MCT oil is best used to combine with Balsamic or Apple Cider Vinegar for a low calorie salad dressing. This is a better alternative to Olive Oil or store bought salad dressings. Better yet, just use vinegar alone with some additional salad seasoning.
Although I don’t retail MCT oil in our online store, I do recommend it for your HCG 2.0 protocol. It’s hard to find in the grocery stores, so you’re only option may be to order it online. I usually order from Life Enhancement Products. It’s pretty reasonable.
Jo’s MCT Oil Mayo Recipe
1 egg,
1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
1tsp dijon mustard
tsp salt
1 cup mct oil.
Place 1st four ingredients in blender. With blender on high, slowly drizzle in the oil should take at least 60 secs to drizzle all in. You can blend in garlic for aoili or Sriracha for spicy. A tablespoon of mayo helps the tuna fish go down. Tbsp of mayo equal to 1 Tbsp mct oil.
Thanks for the great recipe Jo. I love the Sriracha twist. I could add Sriracha to everything… and often do.
