Macros?
Hi Everyone! I am starting phase 2. Could anyone say if I need to count fat? If I am doing 550 calories, 30 carbs - can it just be whatever fat arises within those macros?
Also, am I doing total carbs at 30g or net carbs?
Can I do 2 whole eggs a day, if I choose to?

I get this question a lot. I have zero familiarity with Macros. What I'll say is that on the low-cal phase of your HCG 2.0 protocol, your fat consumption is a reflection of your protein choices. The leaner the protein, the more you can consume because it doesn't contain the excess fat calories. So choose lean protein options and you can make the 550 calories go a lot further. Does that make sense?
