I’ve been looking at the recipes. I’m seeing ingredients like almond milk, almond flour, 1/2 cup MCT oil. I know this is 2.0, but these ingredients don’t seem kosher. Are they for P3?

They are all acceptable on HCG 2.0 P2. Just count the calories and carbs.
