I just finished P2 - lost 14.... and have 30 more to go in future rounds. I've always just done P3 by continuing the diet and adding calories. I never took supplements. I bought the garcinia cambogia, Chill, and phyto plus. What advice do any of you have.... take all? When? I'm hoping to maintain for a month when I go back to the HCG regimen. Thank you
