At InsideOut Wellness & Weight Loss, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our offerings, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure fairness and product integrity.

 

Eligible Returns


We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product was defective upon arrival, or

  • The product was damaged during transit

 

To request a return, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and provide clear photo evidence of the issue. Once approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.

Non-Eligible Returns


We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction

  • Lack of desired results

 

Our products are designed to support your wellness journey, but results depend on consistent use, adherence to guidelines, and individual effort.

 

Additional Notes

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging (if applicable)

  • Approved returns may be eligible for replacement or refund, depending on the situation

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
