Hi, Yesterday was D1P2 - I lost 2.2lbs. The weight I put on over Christmas gone. However, last night I could not sleep. I usually fall into bed. I wasn’t hungry. I just could not sleep. I laid there for 3 hours till I remember last looking at the clock. Could this be the drops? Should I take less?? I need my sleep desperately. I have 3 small children and work full time

I’ve been looking at the recipes. I’m seeing ingredients like almond milk, almond flour, 1/2 cup MCT oil. I know this is 2.0, but these ingredients don’t seem kosher. Are they for P3?
