Ingredients

  • 1 pound brussel sprouts halved

  • 1 table spoon olive oil

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • 1 tsp white pepper

  • 1/4 cup garlic chili paste

  • stevia

  • 2 tbs water

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, toss the brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper until the sprouts are nicely coated

  • Place the brussel sprouts into the basket of your air fryer-then do not need to be in one layer, but if you would like them extra crispy place them in one layer and cook them in batches.  Turn your air fryer to 390 for 9 minutes.  Once the time is up, shake the basket and fry for an additional 9 minutes.

  • Whisk together the garlic chili (1/4 cup) paste, stevia, and two tablespoons of water in a small bowl.  Place the bowl in the microwave and heat, covered for one minute.

  • Mix the brussel sprouts with the sauce while hot.  

  • You can add this to any meat or non meat such as tofu and have a flavorful dinner
