Ingredients
5 oz. extra lean ground bison (or ground beef, chicken breast)
2 tbsp homemade low carb taco seasoning
1 grape tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp Bolthouse Farms Avocado Cilantro dressing
4-6 butter lettuce leaves
Preparation
Brown meat in skillet. If there is any fat in the pan after cooking, drain.
Add 2 tbsp taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water to 1 lb. of cooked meat. Simmer and stir until water evaporates and seasoning thickens.
split meat between 2 tacos, spoon onto lettuce leaves and add tomatoes and dressing.
