About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 oz. extra lean ground bison (or ground beef, chicken breast)

  • 2 tbsp homemade low carb taco seasoning

  • 1 grape tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 tbsp Bolthouse Farms Avocado Cilantro dressing

  • 4-6 butter lettuce leaves

Preparation

  • Brown meat in skillet. If there is any fat in the pan after cooking, drain.

  • Add 2 tbsp taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water to 1 lb. of cooked meat. Simmer and stir until water evaporates and seasoning thickens.

  • split meat between 2 tacos, spoon onto lettuce leaves and add tomatoes and dressing.
