By popular demand, you have asked for options and here they are.  You can mix and match all these recipes to fit your allowed calories based on the nutrition info.  Most all of these recipes can be doubled or tripled so you can meal prep ahead of time.  Most of these recipes can be made vegan by replacing the meat with the ground tofu recipe.
