Weight Watchers or HCG Diet?

You’ve heard of Weight Watchers, but is there a better way to lose?


Consider the HCG diet. Like Weight Watchers, it is a trusted system that has been in existence since the 1940s, but HCG allows you to lose up to 30lbs in only 30 days; women typically lose 20-25lbs in a 30 day protocol, while men frequently lose over 30. The HCG diet utilizes the HCG hormone which is only produced in the human body during pregnancy. The sole purpose of the HCG hormone is to metabolize stored fat, in order to provide a 24/7 calorie source for the growing baby. In the absence of a pregnancy the HCG hormone can be supplemented, in very low doses, to produce the same effect. The dieter can then use their own stored fat as an energy source, allowing them to drop their caloric intake to below 1000 calories per day, which results in rapid weight loss.
