“Following the birth of my twins in 2008, I gained about 50 pounds. I continued to slowly gain and in mid 2010 decided I had to do something. I live in Des Moines, but was referred to Dr. Zach by a former patient of his. She told me that he had a better way of doing the HCG diet that made it much simpler, but equally effective. After a phone consultation, he recommend I start with the non-prescription hcg drops. I lost 15 pounds in the first two weeks and 32 in my first 40 day cycle. I did a second round of the HCG 2.0 diet in early 2011 and lost another 25 pounds. Finally, before beginning my final round Dr. Zach suggested I try the prescription HCG tablets since I’d already used the HCG drops twice. I did great and got myself down to 145, a weight that I haven’t been since I was married.
