Sheri lost 60 pounds on HCG 2.0
“My weight has fluctuated for years, but it just got away from me over the past 2 or 3. I used to do the Pounds and Inches Away version of the HCG diet about once per year and always did fairly well, but it was miserable. I was hungry and miserable for 40 days straight and the weight always came back. On my first round of HCG 2.0 I lost 30 pounds. I added the Garcinia Cambogia per Dr. Zach’s request during my maintenance phase and continued to lose a couple of pounds per week during P3. I added the Raspberry Ketones on my second round of HCG 2.0 diet and lost another 22 pounds. It wasn’t that I lost more weight on HCG 2.0, but it was just night and day different. I wasn’t hungry. It was really shocking to me that if you just choose the right foods you can eat a very satisfying amount. It’s really helped me maintain my weight loss. It’s only been a month since I completed the diet, but I really can’t imagine myself gaining the weight back. I’m not sure how much the Raspberry Ketones helped me, but I know the Garcinia Cambogia really helps during P3. I highly recommend it. I even double up on it when I know I’m going to be eating a lot of carbs. Or if I go out for drinks. This is a great HCG protocol. You can’t go wrong.”
