Maintenance Recipe – Italian Cheese Skewers


8 ounces mozzarella cheese 8 ounces cherry tomatoes 8 ounce bottle Zesty Italian Dressing Dried Basil (in spice isle) Entertaining skewers

Cut the mozzarella cheese into one inch cubes. Alternate 2 cheese cubes and 2 tomatoes on skewer. Place in a pan and drench with the dressing. Let marinate for at least 2 hours. This should not be refrigerated. Cheese is meant to be served at room temperature. Place on a plate, sprinkle with dried basil, and serve.
