HCG DIET phase 2 Chicken Salad with Apples and Sweet Mustard Dressing.
1 oz lettuce 1 oz tomato 2 oz cucumber 4oz chicken 1 medium apple 1 Melba toast Homemade sweet mustard dressing Stevia in the raw
Cook chicken on medium with a shot of water, french’s mustard and stevia in the raw to taste, sprinkle with sea salt and garlic, cover and cook 10min.
Prep and weigh veggies, chop up in a fine dice.
Flip chicken and cover for another 10min
Make sweet mustard dressing. About 1tsp of French’s mustard & water, mix with 1-2 teaspoons of stevia in the raw to taste. More or less mustard and water to ur thickness. I like my dressing thinner so covers it all.
Sprikle salt n pepper over veggies Dice or shred chicken to fine pieces and add to top Add dressing Add crumbled up Melba toast. Enjoy!!
Ps make sure cut all pieces tiny, takes you longer to eat so feel getting full, looks like a lot more, this fills a large soup bowl.
