P3 Green Bean Casserole

For the soup I sauteed some garlic in butter, then added fresh chopped mushrooms and savory seasoning. Then I added whole milk, some cream cheese and fresh shredded asiago. For the onion topping I made p3 onion rings….dipped onion slices in egg then coconut flour and fried in olive oil.

Ingredients required for this HCG 2.0 Diet Maintenance Recipe:

  1. Garlic

  2. Butter

  3. Fresh chopped mushrooms

  4. Seasoning of your choice

  5. Whole milk

  6. Cream Cheese

  7. Fresh Asiago

  8. Sliced Onion

  9. Egg

  10. Coconut Flour

  11. Olive Oil
