HCG Diet Information – When to Calculate BMR for HCG 2.0

Take a look at the question below. If you’re unfamiliar with HCG 2.0, it utilizes a BMR calculation to determine the amount of protein calories one can consume on their diet. The traditional HCG diet allows only 500 calories for each dieter, whether big or small, male or female. The BMR calculation used in HCG 2.0 creates a more individualized plan for all sizes and genders. See Melanie’s question below…


So when is the best time to calculate your BMR on the HCG 2.0 protocol? You’ll use your current weight to determine your BMR. Then I recommend recalculating it about half way through.
