Here’s the deal. Your body is a lot smarter than what you give it credit for. Ultimately, what is your body determined to do for you? It’s determined to keep you alive. Yet, natural physiology and a million years of human evolution are still telling us to store away calories in the form of fat because the next famine or long winter might be right around the corner.

At this point in human evolution, we’re simply NOT prepared to deal with an over-abundance of calories.
