HCG 2.0 Ranked Best Diet and Weight Loss Plan by Consumer Affairs

Who would have thought? Our little HCG 2.0 program, a contemporary revision of the old HCG diet, would be recognized with weight loss giants the likes of Nutrisystem, Medifast and Weight Watchers?

Well here we are, atop the list  of Consumer Affairs for best diet and weight loss plans for 2016. And deservedly so, I believe.

What is Consumer Affairs?

If you’re unfamiliar with Consumer Affairs, it’s the watch dog reporting agency for everything from weight loss to windshield wipers. Their website get’s over 8 million clicks per day. They base their reviews on a combination of their own “in-house” testing and consumer feedback. In regard to weight loss and diet plans specifically, their reviews are made of up almost entirely of consumer feedback and testimony.

In addition to the consumer feedback on my HCG 2.0 diet plan, I was notified and interviewed by a Consumer Affairs representatives. Their rep asked a variety of questions, some in regard to my book, HCG 2.0 – A Modern Adaptation of the Traditional HCG Diet, and some in regard to my practice and weight loss supplements.

What is the difference between the HCG 2.0 diet plan and the other companies on the list?

This is a question asked by consumer reports. It was difficult to answer because all of the diet and weight loss programs on their review list are quite different. Some, such as Nutrisystem and Medifast, provide complete diet plans including pre-packaged meals. I explained that these programs are no more than behavioral control. They control what the dieter eats by providing ALL of the food options.

Sure, one might lose weight, but the weight will soon return because they don’t teach dieters HOW to eat. As soon as the dieter goes back to shopping for themselves, they quickly return to their old eating habits and the pounds they lost are soon to return.

Weight Watchers doesn’t provide the pre-packaged food, but rather operates on a complicated point system. Each and every food option is given a point rating that can be cumbersome to follow and tedious to maintain. Additionally, the weight loss is extraordinarily slow. Most dieters report losing only 1-2 pounds per week in contrast to HCG 2.0 where dieters often lose 1-2 pounds per day.

What makes HCG 2.0 a better weight loss diet?

HCG 2.0 is a modern adaptation of the traditional HCG diet that has helped millions achieve rapid weight loss since it was first published way back in 1954.
