“My version of the protein muffin, with a touch of salted peanuts on top (i used 1 ounce and crushed them, spread them out between 6 muffins so not many calories) 111 cals per muffin.
I did them a little different than they are listed in the files, i am a rebel some times and dont use liquid sweetener.” ~Deanna
- 5 packets truvia,
- 1/2 cup egg whites,
- 1 tsp baking powder,
- 3.5 scoops quest peanut butter protein powder,
- 1 tsp vanilla extract,
- 4 oz 0% fage,
- bake 350 for 15-18 mins,
- Crush peanuts for topping”
