Today’s Lunch. This is a great HCG diet recipe, I made 3 servings.
1 3.5 oz chicken breast
1/4 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 oz chopped celery
1 oz chopped onion
salt and pep
small handful spinach
1 cap full apple cider vinegar
couple drops lemon stevia (may omit) Not necessary.
2 Large Cabbage Leaves
Top chicken with all ingredients except cabbage and spinach, bake aprox 45 min until done. Let cool.
Add all tomato mixture, ACV and Stevia to bullet blender and pulse
In bowl Shred chicken by hand, add chopped spinach, mix
Get a large pot of boiling water and add large cabbage leaves to it about 3-4 minutes until soft enough to fold
Drain cabbage well, place in baking dish, split chicken mixture between the two. Roll cabbage around chicken and top with sauce.
Cover and bake at 350 about 30 min.
Top with fresh basil. Voila’
