For those of you on plan this month--I got on the scale today because we got a new scale at home and I was curious and had to set up my information. I am down 6 pounds in 7 days. That's pretty darn good. This is what I love about HCG 2.0--I only want to lose 10 pounds. When I started my round and got my BMR is said I was allowed 642. I decided I wanted to try 742 calories and eat more, not feel deprived, and I didn't mind if the losses were slower. I have been eating between 742-642 calories. If I am really hungry, I eat all of them, if not, I don't. Amazingly, I am still losing as if I did 642 every day. Mind you, all of those extra calories are protein calories--not carbohydrates.
HCG 2.0 is liberating--are there hard rules or the diet won't work--yes--can I change things up to suit my body and still lose? Yes I can. This plan can be customized. The trick is to experiment and decide what your real goals are. Do you want to make this a sustainable way of life, or do you want to lose as much weight as fast as possible? I have always known I had to change my eating habits or I would gain it back and my diabetes would be out of control. This plan allows me to do just that.
Oh, and this is my first time doing my HCG Patches. I’ve stuck a couple on to test them, but never accompanied them with the protocol. No complaints. Can’t say they’re better than my HCG drops, but I never do Long 20-40 day rounds. That said, for those in the forum, expect some improvements to the patches in 2020. Hopefully early 2020...??? 🤷🏻♂️
Same for me. I do my HCG diet every January. I’m fine with my weight, but need to detox and shed the holiday baggage. It’s been tough this year though in Singapore. Chinese New Year is early this year. The end of January. Major eating holiday. And it’s my first here so of course I have to try everything. I may need another HCG 2.0 detox the end of the month. 🤦🏻♂️
Me too. And I know I lost 3 clothing sizes last year on the plan and that says it all to me. Just need to trim a little of the holiday fat. The weight number would just make me cuckoo.
I don't weigh (get too fixated on the numbers) but I do have noticably better mental clarity and better sleep already after only 3 days back on track..
I am day 7 too down 6.4 lbs and 3 inches. 1" each in my thigh & calf. I know week 1 always is the biggest loss, will be happy with 2 a week from here on, but not surprised if its only 1. I have 20 to go
